Summary: Room was nice and food at the restaurant was good. Overall service was okay without leaving a lasting impression. But some aspects definitely need improvement. Like long waiting times at the reception with no attempt to augment staff for quicker turnarounds. Average hygiene in the gym with towels not available most of the time and only being replenished on request

Summary: I requested the front desk to arrange a taxi, and the staff charged me INR 2,000. However, on the way back from the same destination, I paid INR 160. I can't help but wonder if the staff had a captive contract with the taxi service affiliated with the hotel. Overall, it was a strange experience.

Summary: The hotel was fairly basic and the staff although courteous were quite intrusive - especially in the dining areas when they think you’re going to skip out on the bill and keep asking for your room number multiple times - I found that quite surreal really. The food options are limited and we had to order from restaurants - but there’s a charge to even ask for a plate and spoon into the room. Breakfast wasn’t great and coffee machine was forever broken. The room is clean but the bathroom is really small with no exhaust fan ! Good room service and otherwise ok stay.
